Hinny Hard Seltzer Owner Tim Nickels to Speak at 25th Annual 9/11 Memorial Ride

Montgomery, PA – September 9, 2026 – Hinny Hard Seltzer owner Tim Nickels will take part in the 25th Annual 9/11 Memorial Ride on Friday, September 11, in Montgomery, Pennsylvania, joining thousands of riders, first responders, veterans and community members in remembering and honoring those impacted by the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Nickels, a U.S. Army veteran and retired New York City Police Department officer who was on duty in New York City on September 11, 2001, will speak during the event as the nation marks 25 years since the attacks. For Nickels, the opportunity carries a deeply personal significance and reflects the values of service, sacrifice and remembrance that remain at the heart of veteran-owned Hinny Hard Seltzer.

“Twenty-five years may have passed, but we will never forget the lives lost and the courage shown that day,” said Nickels. “September 11 is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. It’s an honor to stand alongside fellow first responders, veterans and members of this community to remember those we lost and ensure their sacrifices are never forgotten.”

Hinny’s participation in the event comes through its relationship with Pennsylvania distributor E.H. Kleckner, which distributes Hinny Hard Seltzer throughout the region. The partnership has helped introduce Hinny’s award-winning hard seltzers to more communities across Pennsylvania while building relationships rooted in shared values and local support.

“Having Tim join us for the 25th Annual 9/11 Memorial Ride is especially meaningful because of his personal connection to that day and his lifelong commitment to service,” said Ken Wagner, Vice President of E.H. Kleckner. “We are proud to partner with Tim and Hinny and to come together for an event that means so much to our community.”

Organized by the 9-11 Memorial Coalition, the annual Memorial Ride began in the days following September 11, 2001, and has grown into one of the largest annual 9/11 memorial motorcycle rides in the country. Each year, thousands of motorcycles travel more than 42 miles through Lycoming County as spectators gather along the route to honor the victims of September 11 and the first responders, military members and others who have dedicated their lives to serving their communities and country.

The 25th Annual 9/11 Memorial Ride will take place at the Clinton Township Volunteer Fire Company in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. Gates open at 10 a.m., followed by a special Memorial Service at 5 p.m. and the Memorial Ride at 6 p.m. The day will also feature vendors, food and live entertainment, concluding with a fireworks display at 9 p.m.

As America’s only certified veteran-owned hard seltzer, Hinny is proud to be part of this meaningful event and will be available for attendees to enjoy throughout the event.
