Hinny Hard Seltzer is proud to sponsor the September 11 25th Anniversary Remembrance Golf Tournament & Dinner, taking place on Monday, August 31, 2026, at Colonie Country Club in Voorheesville, New York. Hosted by the Capital District Urban/Technical Search and Rescue Association (CDU/TSRA) and NYRRT-1 Alumni, the event honors the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, while recognizing the courage and sacrifice of the first responders who answered the call that day.
The event holds special significance for Hinny Hard Seltzer Founder Tim Nickels, a proud US Army Veteran and retired New York City Police Officer with over 20 years of service who was working in New York City on September 11, 2001. Supporting veterans, first responders, and the communities they serve has always been central to Hinny's mission.
Proceeds from the tournament will help support first responders and their families while raising awareness of the long-term health effects many continue to face as a result of their service at Ground Zero. The event will bring together first responders, veterans, businesses, and community members for a day of golf, remembrance, and fellowship.

The September 11 25th Anniversary Remembrance Golf Tournament & Dinner begins with registration at 11:00 a.m., followed by lunch at 11:30 a.m., a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start, and an evening dinner and remembrance program. The event welcomes golfers, sponsors, and supporters from across the region to participate in honoring those who served and continue to serve.
